RENTAL LENGTH – the minimum rental length is 24 hours, 1 day.

PRICE can be daily or monthly, with limited or unlimited mileages.

VAT is 20% , apply to all prices.

RESERVATION – a confirmed reservation guarantees the rental of a reserved car group or upgrade group, on a certain date at a certain time.

VEHICLE COLLECTION (Check Out) – in the rental station or at the agreed address, at the agreed time. In case of delay, the client is obliged to notify Vip Only Rent A Car and if he does not do so, the reservation is canceled after 3 hours of waiting.

VEHICLE RETURN (Check In) – in the rental station or at the agreed address, at the agreed time. In case of delay, the client is obliged to notify Vip Only Rent A Car and if he does not do so, the vehicle will be reported as evasion to the police after 3 hours of waiting.

VEHICLE RETURN TIME EXCEEDED – we tolerate 1 hour delay, after which we calculate and charge a new rental day.

RENTAL EXTENSION is approved exclusively with the authorization  of Vip Only Rent A Car.

USE OF VEHICLES ABROAD is approved exclusively with the authorization of Vip Only Rent A Car.

FUEL –  we check out vehicles with a full tank of fuel and you should returne the vehicle with a full tank of fuel. In case of missing fuel at check in, it will be charged at the increased price per liter as well as the refueling service fee.

DRIVER – must be at least XX years old and not older than XX years. The driver must identify himself with a valid passport or ID card and must show an original driver’s license with a minimum of XX years of driving experience.

DEPOSIT is mandatory at Check Out and can be made by credit card or in cash. The deposit is determined based on the car group booked, the length of the rental, the type of insurance purchased and any additional costs that may arise during the rental period (fuel, parking fines, rental extension, etc.). For legal entities and long-term rentals, other forms of security payment may be used, upon agreement.

PAYMENT is made in the local currency RSD (Serbian dinar) or in EURO currency for payments from abroad to a foreign currency account. Lease calculation in EURO currency is performed at the middle exchange rate of the NBS. Vip Only Rent A Car may require an advance payment for rentals longer than 15 days.

INSURANCE for the rental car is to be paid by the client, with or without excess amount.

Except in the case of total damage, no insurance covers damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle, damage to the interior of the vehicle, damage to the glass and damage to tires and wheels.

-CDW (Collision Damage Waiver) is mandatory insurance with limited excess amount in the damage. Limitation of liability shall apply to damage to the rental vehicle, its parts and accessories caused in a road accident only. CDW limits renter’s financial responsibility to Excess Amount stated on the Rental Agreement. In case of an accident, a police report must be presented by the client or he/she will be responsible for the full damage amount. In case when the client is guilty for the accident and damage, he/she will be responsible for the full damage amount.

-SCDW (Super Collision Damage Waiver) is an optional insurance, sold in addition to the CDW insurance. By accepting this insurance, the renter is reducing the liability for damages to the vehicle to ZERO. However, Police report must be presented, or the client will be responsible for the full damage amount.

LOSS OF PURCHASED INSURANCE – CDW & SCDW is not valid and the client is fully criminally and materially liable for damage and theft of the vehicle in case he drove under the influence of alcohol, opiates or drugs, when he gave to another person rental vehicle to drive without authorization, when driving off-road, when he participated in car races or performed taxi transport, when he did not return the key-car registration license-insurance policy of the stolen vehicle and when he did not return the vehicle, ie when he stole the vehicle.

ADDITIONAL INSURANCE products can be purchased optionally and is paid extra.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES are paid additionally (pick-up and return of vehicles outside working hours and outside the rental station, additional driver, additional equipment and devices, chauffeur drive service, missing fuel with refueling service)

PROCEDURE IN CASE OF DAMAGE OR THEFT

1. The driver is obliged to immediately notify Vip Only Rent A Car by phone and follow the further instructions
2. The driver is obliged to immediately inform the Police on tel 192 and wait on the spot
3. The driver is obliged to make a statement for the police report and to describe the event and the participants
4. In case of theft, the driver is obliged to have the key, car registration license and insurance policy of the stolen vehicle.

PROHIBITIONS – the driver is criminally and materially responsible for violating the following prohibitions:

1. OFF ROAD drive
2. Driving in car races
3. Taxi service
4. Unauthorized driving of a rented vehicle by a person who is not registered in the Rental Agreement as an additional driver
5. Driving under the influence of alcohol, opiates or drugs
6. Intentionally caused damage
7. Repairs, replacement of parts and servicing of the rental vehicle
8. Theft of the vehicle – sale or non-return of the vehicle (evasion)
